  • WHAT ARE THE RULES OF COHABITATION?
    The shareholder's agreement has all the coexistence laws are stipulated for all the co-owners.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF ANOTHER CO-OWNER DAMAGES THE PROPERTY?
    In general, co-owners take care of their property because it is truly their own. However, the company inspects the property after each visit. If we see damage that is more than normal damage from regular use, the co-owner who used it prior to the inspection will be charged.
  • CAN I KEEP PERSONAL ITEMS?
    Yes, Kasaocho will provide designated storage spaces for each co-owner in the house.
  • CAN I BRING PETS?
    Yes, however, it will also depend on the type of property you choose. It is possible that in beach apartments it is not allowed or it is only a small dog, but in a large house it is allowed.
  • WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF ENTRY AND EXIT TO AND FROM THE PROPERTY?
    Generally it is check in from 3pm and check out from 11am. However, the company will try to accommodate whatever the co-owner prefers, but it will be subject to the schedule of the cleaning staff and the entry of the other co-owners.
  • HOW DOES VOTING WORK? HOW DO CO-OWNERS DECIDE TO CALL A VOTE?
    Each co-owner has one vote, if you want to make a decision such as buying a new grill, a decision will be made among all the co-owners.
  • WHOSE RESPONSIBILITY IS IT IF SOMETHING GOES BAD?
    It is the responsibility of all the co-owners if it is wear and tear from normal use. However, if it is due to direct actions attributable to one co-owner, it will be charged to that co-owner. For example, breaking a TV.
